These photos document community consultation meetings conducted during the feasibility study for the Dollow–Balad-Hawa feeder road in Gedo Region, implemented under the DARIS-WACAN Project by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
The consultations formed a core part of the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) development process, ensuring that community perspectives were systematically integrated into the feasibility and planning stages of the road project. Meetings were held at the community level and involved men, women, elders, and youth representatives, reflecting a participatory and inclusive engagement approach.
